When An Acne Patient Becomes An Acne Doctor
Freedom From Acne & Its Scars
Throughout my teenage years, I suffered from acne and acne scars. And, it was through my own haunting experience that I developed a strong passion in treating acne. Being a patient before, I understand the psychology of acne patients and can relate to their suffering. Now, as a medical practitioner, I deal with acne patients on a daily basis in hopes of giving them the freedom from acne that they deserve.
“I deal with acne patients on a daily basis in hopes of giving them the freedom from acne that they deserve.”
I can say that treating acne is the bread and butter of my practise today. Treating acne is not difficult, but dealing with the scarring from acne and maintaining an acne-free skin is a bit of a challenge for both me and my patients.
” At BeauLife, we give 100% guarantee to our patients that they will heal from their acne within three to four months, “
At BeauLife, we give 100% guarantee to our patients that they will heal from their acne within three to four months, with a combination treatment of oral medication, medical-grade facial, medical-grade formulated skin care, and laser therapy. And to date, I have yet to see an unsuccessful acne case in my practise. So, what’s next? After all the active acne has subsided, we have to work harder to deal with the scars–both pigmented and uneven textured scars.
Rejuran is a great product for patients of this profile. Mr Z, a 30-year old male, has been having active acne throughout his teenage years. He has been to many skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, and even medispas. But unfortunately, his problem still persisted.
During my first consultation with Mr Z, he was having a very bad case of acne–nodular and cystic–with infection and inflammation. But within three months, we successfully treated his acne with our combination treatment of oral medications, skin care, medical-grade facial, and laser therapy.
But, despite being cured from his acne, Mr Z was left with acne scars. He had rolling scars, ice pick scars, and boxcar scars–all the types of scars one could possibly have. He also had PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation).
As Rejuran has anti-inflammatory and anti-sebaceous properties, we decided to start the healing journey with two treatment sessions.

We did two sessions in two months. And after the first two sessions, his skin changed from the oily skin type to the combination skin type!
His skin became more stable, with acne eruptions stopping abruptly. Mr Z was advised to continue with his skin care and medical-grade facial at the same time. Subsequently, we decided to treat his acne scars with Rejuran and C02 for another three more sessions. His scars improved tremendously! The biggest challenge so far is helping Mr Z deal with the pain.
” And after the first two sessions, his skin changed from the oily skin type to the combination skin type! “
When it comes to pain, I’ve learned that the best way is to administer local anesthesia LA lidocaine 2%, with a 34g needle–only two injections required with 1cc per needle. Stretching the skin during administration will also reduce the administering pain. And, performing the injection starting laterally and then medially is the best way to perform the injections.
My advice to anyone looking for medical help with their acne problems is to find a certified medical practitioner. It is more so important when administering the Rejuran injections! It is also good to remember that results will vary from patient to patient. So the best treatment is a treatment that is tailored for you.
” I truly believe that all of us should be and can be free from acne for life. “
As a doctor, I’m glad I managed to help Mr Z and many other patients with their acne problems. And I intend to continue to do so, as I truly believe that all of us should be and can be free from acne for life.
